This is a back to school shirt I appliqued for my sister's daughter that was starting kindergarten, not realizing she was wearing uniforms. Oh well, still turned out cute.

This is the absolute cutest tiniest little outfit. The top is made out of decorative handkerchiefs and I used dainty purple ribbons for the shoulder ties. Never leave baby unattended while wearing a pillowcase dress.

This is my first upcycled project. this was a Tommy Hilfiger shirt that I had bought Wesley and apparently he didn't like it. It was the dark blue and green plaid with the chambray fabric on the inside so I made a patchwork type longall and used the original pocket for the front center chest pocket. My cost: $0

As much as Roll tide fans as we are in the household, I sure have been making A LOT of Auburn outfits lately. I have one more on the list of to-do items. I will get started on it this afternoon. But this is the one I made for Ethan. Isn't he adorable?

September sewing

As much as I cheer for the Roll Tide, I still can't help it. This little Auburn Tigers dress turned out sooooo cute!! I made this one for a girl at my old work after she saw the one I made for the baby shower gift. I hope she likes it as much as I do.

The bows are removable for washing. The little pawprint is a resin piece I ordered a while back. Perfect for this outfit.

The tiger buttons add the perfect finishing touch to this Auburn tigers outfit. The dress can be worn with or without the bows. Enjoy!!

National Sewing Month

Who knew? I certainly did not. But I recently (like yesterday) found out that September is National Sewing Month. Wow!! A whole month dedicated to sewing! Guess maybe that's why my sewing orders have picked up this week.

Well, maybe it has something to do with football season right around the corner.

I made this adorable little longall in size 3-6 months. A guy I used to work with needed a baby shower gift and asked me to make an Auburn outfit "not too girly". This was what I came up with. Not too girly at all, even for his manly taste. This was the first time I used double buttons on the shoulder but I really like the look, especially for a boy outfit.

The next two orders are for Auburn girl outfits. One is just a dress and one is a dress with matching pants. I claim to be an Alabama fan, but I must admit these little Auburn outfits are too cute!!

Chloe has a cute Halloween outfit to wear to the pumpking patch and i wanted Ethan to have something as equally endearing. So I made him the ghostly longall. Too cute!

I adapted a pattern I already had to make this for Chloe. Instead of putting buttons on the back, I used grosgrain ribbon to pull thru the button holes and tie into bows. Simply adorable. I definetely will make this again using pink and green or purple and white....Too cute!!

Christmas corduroy

The A-line dress has 3 trees on the front each topped with a lime green bow (removable for washing, as usual) and the gaucho bottoms have a wide ruffle and are trimmed with extra wide rickrack to match the top....

Georgia bulldog longall - this longall has is black gingham with white cotton lining. It has red button closure on the shoulders that complement the bulldog. It's completely lined and has 6 snaps in the crotch for easier diaper changes. I can re-create this set in newborn to size 4.

Fall-ish tutu
How simply precious for a trip to the Pumpkin Patch or just for fall pictures!! The coral, blue, and green color combination is probably one of my favorites so far!! This one can be re-created in your choice of waist size and length.

Peasant dress

This adorable peasant dress can be paired with jeans or some hot pink leggings for a great fall look. The little birds on the fabric are so popular right now!! This can be made in size 6 months - 6 years.

Monkey Love

These overdolled overalls are precious! Each piece of the monkey was hand-drawn, hand-cut, heat-sealed and satin-stitched into place. The monkey's little arms are stuffed and loose so it looks like she is reaching out for a hug. Her eyes are blue and she has a little red hairbow!!

Little black tutu

Just like they say every woman should own the "little black dress", every little girl should have a little black tutu. Okay, I mean, one in every color. I love making tutus. They are adorable and will make your little doll feel like a princess. Custom orders in almost any length, waist size. Colors depend on availability. Single color tutus with flower brooch . I can also Two-colored tutu with flower brooch This crimson and white tutu can be a Christmas tutu. If your little princess wants to be a cheerleader, she could even wear this during the Iron Bowl and cheer for the Crimson Tide.

House Divided dress

This is my House divided dress. I cannot do embroidery at this time (hopefully soon...stay tuned). The lady I made this one for is going to have someone else embroider "house divided" or something similar on it. I love the contrasting fabrics with the coordinating grosgrain bows. As usual, the bows are attached with safety pins for washing purposes. Newborn - size 6

I bought this cute little shirt and baby socks at one of my favorite boutiques, Cute as a Button. I made these matching pants. They can also be made as pantaloons, bloomers, etc. I have found the "A" applique and this can be re-made in any size Newborn-5. The socks are not included.

Easily adaptable to be boy or girl set.

This is a lightweight denim fabric lined with brown/white gingham. The appliqued initial is handcut, heat-sealed AND machine stitched for long lasting wear.

Unfortunately I cannot do monogramming but can you imagine this set with a big pink monogram right in the front? Too cute! This is a brown cordoroy with pink polkadots. The pantaloons are a rare find, pink and brown gingham. This is a precious set .
